As per the official notification of Assam Petrochemical Limited, a total number of 10 posts of vacancies are of Public Relations Officer, Upper Office Assistant, Typist cum Clerk, Typist, and Junior Driver. Educational Qualification:
1. Public Relation Officer: No. of the post-- 1 (One)
Graduate with Masters in Mass Communication, Having computer knowledge will be preferred. Minimum 3 years working experience in Public/Private sector journals/newspapers, article writing, and having presentation skills will be required.
2. Upper Office Assistant: No. of the post-- 1 (one)
Graduates in any discipline from a recognized institution with a computer certificate/diploma will be preferred. Minimum 7 years of working experience in the public/private sector will be required.
3. Typist cum Clerk: No. of the post-- 3 (one)
Graduates in any discipline with a computer certificate/diploma will be preferred. Minimum 5 years of working experience in the public/private sector will be required.
4. Typist: No. of the post-- 2 (three)
HSSLC passed with certificate/diploma in computer application. Minimum 5 (five) years experience in line with any Govt. PSU / private industry. However, preference shall be given to the candidate having working experience in Govt. PSU.
5. Junior Driver: No. of the post-- 3 (three)
Non-Matric with Commercial Driving A license issued by the appropriate authority. Minimum 5 (five) years driving experience in any Govt. PSU / private industry. However, preference shall be given to the candidate having working experience in Govt. PSU.
Age Limit:
Maximum 40 years for Public Relation Officer and for others 43 years as on 01-01-2021. Reservation for specified categories shall be followed as per Government norms.
Age Relaxation :
The upper age is relaxed by 5 (five) years for SC/ST candidates, 3 (three) years for OBC / MOBC candidates.

Public Relations Officer: Grade: E-1 Grade Pay: Rs. 13300/- PB: Rs. 30000 -110000/-
Upper Office Assistant: Grade: W-IV Grade Pay: Rs. 9700/- PB: Rs. 22000 - 97000/
Typist-cum-Clerk: Grade: W-III Grade Pay: Rs. 8700/- PB: Rs. 14000 - 60500/
Typist Grade: W-II(A) Grade Pay: Rs. 8000/- PB: Rs. 14000 - 60500/-
