        Applications are invited from Indian residents for the Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ within the Rural development Banking provider (RDBS) / (Rajbhasha carrier) in the country-wide financial institution for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD). Candidates can submit applications online on the NABARD website www.nabard.org between on or before 07 August 2021. NABARD is an all-India Apex agency, totally owned with the aid of the government of India, and is an equal possibility employer.

       Before applying, candidates must read all the instructions cautiously and make sure that they satisfy all the eligibility criteria for the posts. NABARD might accept candidatures on the basis of the facts provided online with the relevant needful fee and shall verify their eligibility at the stage of the interview. If any information supplied in the online application is fake/ wrong or the candidate does not satisfy the eligibility criteria for the posts, his/ her candidature could be canceled and he/she will be able to no longer be allowed to appear for the interview.  Total number of vacancies: 162,

A total of 162 vacancies 155 are for Assistant Manager in Group-A and 7 for Manager posts in Group- B.

    NABARD Assistant Manager Recruitment notification 2021. The vacancies are in the following disciplines:

    General, Agriculture, Agriculture Engineering, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Forestry, Plantation/Horticulture, Land Development/Soil Science, Water Resource, Finance, Computer and Information Technology, and Rajbhasa, Protocol & Security Service, and Rural Development Banking Service

    The reservation will be provided for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PWBD category as per Government of India instructions.

Age limit::

    The candidate must be between 21 and 30 years of age as of 01-07-2021, i.e., the candidate must have been born not earlier than 02-07-1991 and not later than 01-07- 2000.  

Relaxation in Upper Age Limit: 

    The upper age limit may be relaxed by 03 years in case of eligible OBC applicants, maximum of 05 years in case of  SC/ST applicants, 10 years for PWBD (General); 13 years for PWBD (OBC), and 15 years for PWBD (SC/ST) applicants.

Minimum Educational Qualifications: 

    The candidate must possess the required educational qualification as of 01-07-2021 from recognized universities/institutions with 60% marks for general category candidates and 55% marks for SC/ST/PWBD candidates in aggregate.

    General Bachelor’s Degree in any subject.

2) Assistant Manager (Agriculture): -- 13 posts.

    Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture 

Assistant Manager (Agriculture Engineering): -- 03 posts.

    Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture Engineering.

Assistant Manager (Animal Husbandry): -- 04 posts

    Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Sciences / Animal Husbandry.

Assistant Manager (Forestry): -- 02 posts.

     Bachelor’s degree in Forestry.

Assistant Manager (Fishery): -- 06 posts.

    Bachelor’s degree in Fisheries Science. 

Assistant Manager (Plantation/Horticulture): -- 06 posts.

    Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture.

Assistant Manager (Land Development/Soil Science): -- 02.

    Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture / Agriculture (Soil Science/Agronomy) with 60% marks (PWBD applicants - 55%) in aggregate from recognized/institutions.

Assistant Manager (Water Resources): -- 02 post.

    Bachelor’s degree in Hydrology/Applied Hydrology or Geology/Applied Geology with Hydrogeology /Irrigation /Water Supply & sanitation.

Assistant Manager (Finance): 21 posts.

    BBA (Finance/Banking) / BMS (Finance/Banking) with 60% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants - 55%) OR Two years full-time P.G. Diploma in Management (Finance) / Full time MBA (Finance) degree with 55% (SC/ST/PWBD applicants - 50%) from Institutions / Universities recognized by GoI /UGC with Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.  

 Assistant Manager (Computer and Information Technology): -- 15 posts.

 Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Technology/ Computer Applications/Information Technology.

Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha): -- 05 posts.

    Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university in English or Hindi medium with Hindi and English as a compulsory or elective subject with a minimum of 60% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants – 55%) or equivalent in aggregate and PG Diploma in Translation (minimum one year) in Hindi to English and vice-versa from any recognized University. Candidates must have studied English and Hindi as subjects in at least 02 years of bachelor’s degree course.

Important dates for online application

Application fee:

    Transaction charges for Online Payment of application fees/intimation charges will have to be borne by the candidate. Total fee for SC/ ST/ PwD/ EWS candidates- Rs. 150/- and Others - Rs. 800/-.

Assistant Manager (Protocol & Security Service): -- 2 posts. Age:  25 to 40 years (no relaxation for any category),

    The candidate should be an Officer with a minimum of five years of Commissioned Service in the Army/Navy/Air Force holding a valid ExServiceman Identity Card

Application Fee:  For SC/ ST NIL Rs.200/-, and Others Rs.750/-.

Manager (General): -- 07 posts. Age: 25 to 32 years.

    Post Graduate degree in any subject from any recognized University with a minimum of 60% marks (SC/PWBD applicants 55%) in aggregate. 

Application fee: 

    For SC/ ST/ PWBD: 150/- and for all others Rs.900/-.

Selection Procedure:

    The selection will be in three Phases:

    i) Qualifying Section - Test of Reasoning, English Language, Computer Knowledge, Quantitative Aptitude, Decision Making.

    ii) Merit Section - General Awareness, Eco & Soc. Issues (with focus on Rural India), Agriculture & Rural Development with Emphasis on Rural India.

    iii) Shortlisting of the candidates for the Main exam will be based on marks scored in the Merit section only.
